White-Spunner Construction (WSC) is proud to announce that Hayden Tilley has been selected by the Associated General Contractors of Alabama as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in Construction!

Hayden, a project manager, joined White-Spunner Construction two years ago and has taken on a key role in managing complex, multi-million-dollar retail developments for a national client. From day one, he stepped into high-responsibility projects, overseeing every detail from pre-construction to close-out, and has consistently delivered outstanding results. Under his leadership, projects have not only stayed on track but often exceeded expectations, with several completed ahead of schedule.

Beyond the jobsite, Hayden is an active contributor on AGC’s Construction Leadership Council (CLC) and volunteers with JH Outback. Hayden and his wife, Sally, recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in May.
