White-Spunner Construction Celebrates the Grand Opening of Home Depot in Forney, TX

White-Spunner Construction is proud to announce the grand opening of the new Home Depot in Forney, Texas. This project marks one of two ground-up stores delivered by WSC this year.

Built in a rapidly growing and highly competitive market, this project is located approximately 45 minutes east of Dallas within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and is expected to provide much-needed relief to four surrounding Home Depot locations.

The project encompasses a 12-acre site featuring a 104,000-square-foot sales floor, complete with an office package and Tool Rental Center, as well as a 28,000-square-foot Garden Center. Notably, this store is among the first to implement Home Depot’s newly introduced prototypical floor plan.

Over the decades, White-Spunner Construction has proudly completed hundreds of Home Depot locations nationwide, and we look forward to continuing this trusted partnership. White-Spunner Construction is honored to have played a role in delivering this milestone project.

Congratulations to the entire project team on another outstanding achievement, including Senior Project Manager Jake Carrico, Senior Superintendent Ray Brice, Project Manager Hayden Tilley, Project Engineer Matthew Cortopassi, and Executive Assistant Amy Holland.
