White-Spunner Construction’s civil division is currently working with the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources at Meaher State Park to construct 60 trailer/RV stalls, a restroom building and four cabins. The improvements also include walkways, parking, access roads, landscaping, sitework and full utilities. Our team began working on the site in November.
