White-Spunner Construction is proud to announce the successful completion and opening of our fifth ALDI store in just as many months.
The latest project, located in Semmes, Alabama, involved the transformation of a former Winn-Dixie grocery store. The 45,886-square-foot building was redeveloped into two distinct spaces: a 24,089-square-foot ALDI store and a 21,797-square-foot tenant space, maximizing functionality and community value.
Since January 2025, we’ve completed ALDI locations in:

- Northport, AL
- Panama City Beach, FL
- Fort Walton Beach, FL
- Semmes, AL
