On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, White-Spunner Construction was proud to be recognized with two awards at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Alabama’s annual Safe Day Award Ceremony.

Our team received the Gold Level Safest in the Industry Award as well as a Gold Level STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) Award, highlighting our unwavering commitment to safety on every jobsite. According to ABC National, the STEP program is “a safety benchmarking and improvement tool that significantly enhances safety performance in the construction industry, irrespective of company size or type of work.” The award serves as a key indicator of how we measure up to—and stand out from—our peers in the industry.
