White-Spunner Construction is proud to announce the grand opening of the new Specialty Surgery Center at Baldwin Health, a state-of-the-art medical facility designed to enhance access to high-quality surgical care in Baldwin County.

White-Spunner Construction served as the general contractor for the 18,000-square-foot facility, which sits on a 1.5-acre site in Foley. The center features four fully equipped operating rooms, three endoscopy rooms, and a 21-bed patient preparation and recovery area.

The Specialty Surgery Center represents a significant investment in the region’s healthcare infrastructure, expanding surgical capacity while creating a modern, patient-focused environment for both providers and the community they serve.

The project was made possible through collaboration with Baldwin Health, Community Health Systems, Flagship Healthcare, I.C. Thomasson, Gresham Smith, the City of Foley, and numerous skilled trade partners whose expertise and dedication brought the vision to life.
