White-Spunner Construction has been named a 2026 National Top Performer by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), marking the company’s third consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition.

In addition to earning placement on ABC’s Top Performers list, White-Spunner ranked among the nation’s leading contractors in multiple categories, including:

ABC’s National Top Performers program recognizes contractors that demonstrate exceptional performance in safety, quality, workforce development, and operational excellence. To qualify, companies must achieve Gold-level or higher in ABC’s STEP Safety Management System. This program that sets participants nearly seven times safer than the industry average, according to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data. Contractors must also earn ABC’s Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) certification, which evaluates commitment to safety, employee training, craft education, community engagement, and ethical business practices.

White-Spunner is one of only 16 companies in Alabama to receive this recognition, distinguishing the firm among more than 8,000 licensed general contractors statewide.
