White-Spunner Construction was chosen as general contractor Downtown OWA, a retail, dining and entertainment development in Foley, AL. This 183,000-square-foot projet includes themed distrcts, including a warehouse district, a downtown district reminiscent of a southern main street and an island district surrounded by a 14-acre lake. The entertainment venue spans 520 acres.
