White-Spunner Construction was selected as general contractor for the new-construction of a residence hall on the University of Montevallo’s campus. Measuring 65,000 square feet, this residence hall features suite-style living. Individual suites, approximately 1,000 square feet each, include four bedrooms, a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, a common living area and two bathrooms. University architectural design is blended with columns, brick exterior and paned windows.
