associated builders and contractors of America
White-Spunner Construction is proud to announce that it has been named a Top Performer by the Associated Builders and Contractors of America (ABC).
Earning a spot on ABC National’s Top Performers list is no small feat. To qualify for recognition, Top Performers have to demonstrate outstanding safety performance by achieving Gold status or higher in ABC's STEP Safety Management System – White-Spunner holds Platinum STEP status. This system sets a high bar for safety management, making the top-performing contractors nearly seven times safer than the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics industry average.
After achieving STEP status, a company must undergo a rigorous application process to be considered for the Accredited Quality Contractor certification. This certification is a national award that recognizes a contractor's commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality, safety and integrity in the construction industry. To earn the Accredited Quality Contractor certification, White-Spunner Construction underwent a thorough evaluation process, which included demonstrating excellence in areas such as employee and craft education, community involvement and diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
