Ernie Little Honored with the AGC Alabama Supervisor Safety Award

White-Spunner Construction is proud to announce that one of our senior superintendents, Ernie Little, has been recognized by the Associated General Contractors of Alabama with a Supervisor Safety Award.

This year is particularly special for Ernie as he marks an incredible milestone—35 years with White-Spunner Construction. Over his decades-long tenure, he has become a cornerstone of our team, demonstrating expertise in managing subcontractors, vendors, civil teams and on-site labor. Beyond his supervisory role, Ernie has been a mentor and guide to countless assistant superintendents, project engineers and assistant project managers, shaping the next generation of construction professionals.

In 2023, Ernie maintained a perfect safety record, with zero recordable incidents or lost time—continuing a flawless streak that spans his entire career. This achievement underscores his approach to job site safety and his commitment to protecting every individual on his projects
