White-Spunner Construction is currently acting as general contractor for the new construction of an ambulatory surgery center located on the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center Campus, now known as Baldwin Health. The new surgery center will span 18,000 square feet on a 1.5-acre site and include four operating rooms, three endoscopy rooms and a 21-bed preparation and patient recovery area.
