White-Spunner Construction has completed numerous projects with the Retirement Systems of Alabama, including the complete historic renovation of the Battle House Hotel and Spa and the addition of the new parking garage with rooftop pool and hot tub. The hotel’s restoration featured lobby and ballroom renovations, 250 new guest rooms, a complete renovation of the 17,000 square foot spa building and a complete overhaul of the hotel’s infrastructure. The parking accommodates 59 parking spaces and 3,400 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The top deck features a pool and hot tub, two driving range cages and a tennis court. The pool spans 2,500-square-feet and is six feet deep. Additionally, the hot tub is 15 feet in diameter and spans 200 square feet.
