White-Spunner Construction recently completed the construction of a corporate hangar with administrative space, a fuel farm and a service building on Fairhope’s airport campus for a private client. This design-build project was built to meet the specific needs of our client’s business, which requires extensive aircraft storage and ample office space for employees. With this in mind, the facility was designed and constructed to accommodate seven corporate jets and office space for up to ten employees. Additionally, our team completed the interior build-out of the hangar and office suite, featuring conference rooms, storage areas for pilots, a state-of-the-art kitchen and lounge area, restrooms, an owner’s lounge and a garage.

The facility was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building with a structural steel frame spanning 35,000 square feet. The hangar features impressive 260’ clear spans and two 110’ x 28’ aircraft doors. The facility now provides our client with a secure and functional space for aviation operations. Construction was completed in April 2024.
