As general contractor, White-Spunner Construction oversaw the build-out for Dauphin’s on the 34th floor of the RSA Trustmark Building. This upscale restaurant, piano bar and lounge offers a spectacular 360-degree view of downtown Mobile and Mobile Bay. Dauphin’s encompasses 7,000 square feet of newly renovated restaurant space that was previously known since the late 1960’s as the Bienville Club. The space now has a more modern, sophisticated look and features custom artwork from local artists, a beautiful baby grand piano, a contemporary bar and comfortable lounge area and the Mobile area’s first and only chef’s table overlooking the city skyline. Dauphin’s is the newest addition to Aloha Hospitality, a family of restaurants owned by Bob Baumhower.
