Project Overview

White-Spunner Construction has completed multiple projects for the University of South Alabama. The Simulation Laboratory Building is a three-story concrete, steel, and masonry building. We oversee all associated interior build-out, sitework, and mechanical work including plumbing, fire protection, fire alarms, and electrical systems. The Simulation Lab takes the current third story of the College of Allied Health and Nursing (which we built in 2010) and creates its own building to house and expand the school’s simulation capabilities. The Simulation Lab holds numerous offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, and simulation hospital rooms. These simulation rooms help prepare students to provide the highest level of healthcare in a controlled environment.
