Project Overview

White-Spunner Construction was selected to build a legacy shopping plaza in the town of Pike Road, Alabama. Publix Supermarket anchors the plaza which is located at The Shops at Pike Road, at the intersection of Vaughn Road and Pike Road in Pike Road, AL. WSC began work on the 74,000 square-foot market center in Spring of 2020 and it opened in Spring of 2021. The market features multiple service areas including the Bakery, Deli, Meats & Cheeses. Produce, Floral, Organic Foods and a specialty food products center.

The Shops at Pike Road includes 26,200 of additional square feet of retail space, as well as two front, out parcels. This is a very exciting development in the Montgomery area growth corridor.
