Project Overview

Infirmary Health Systems selected White-Spunner Construction as the general contractor for their new Medical Office Building located in Malbis, AL. The state-of-the-art facility is over 80,000 square feet and houses two medical clinics, a Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, and Infirmary Occupational Health – covering more than 20 specialties including cardiology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, and family medicine.

After completion in the spring of 2021, White-Spunner Construction was re-contracted to build-out the first floor. This space will house Infirmary Health’s Infusion Clinic, which is set to open in late 2022.
