Lavan Martin Assisted Living Facility & Buford L. Rolin Tribal Health Clinic

Project Overview

The Lavan Martin Assisted Living Facility includes four assisted living homes, an entrance canopy, courtyards, dining, a coffee shop, business center, quilting room and resident laundry. There are 24 apartments with one bedroom, eight apartments with two bedrooms and two guest rooms. The 69,300 square-foot complex also includes a dining room with capacity for 100 guests, as well as recreational and entertainment venues. The architectural concept was inspired by Creek Tribal heritage and elements found in nature. The structure is comprised of rough-hewn timbers with vaulted, exposed wood decking and stone. The complex also features a large fireplace, and the landscape features gardens, walks, seating and gathering areas. The property also added a fountain and fire pit.

The Buford L. Rolin Tribal Health Clinic is a 65,000 square-foot, 2-story building designed around a central atrium using stone and wood construction. The clinic provides services such as a diabetes program, women-infant children program (WIC), women’s health, primary and specialty care, dental care, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, behavioral health, preventative health education and more.
