Project Synopsis

We found that the building shell was in sound condition and was constructed such to allow a complete interior demolition and renovation to meet the needs of the proposed project. White-Spunner Construction negotiated a Design Build Contract and immediately brought in the design team to start the project. The collaborative effort with the client and design team made short work of the design and allowed construction to move forward at a rapid pace. The project finished weeks ahead of schedule allowing the client additional time to ensure all was ready to service the new patients.
