White-Spunner Construction was selected as general contractor for the construction of a new retail center in Prattville, AL. The center features a combination of structural steel framing and load-bearing masonry walls. The façade is integrally colored masonry, stone and EIFs. The retail center is anchored by a 54,000-square-foot Publix supermarket and includes a 30,000-square-foot Best Buy along with additional tenant space.
