Project Overview
The Battle House Hotel and Parking Garage projects included a historic renovation of the hotel and the addition of the new parking garage. The hotel’s restoration featured lobby and ballroom renovations, 250 new guest rooms, and a complete overhaul of the hotel’s infrastructure.
The 10,000 square foot Battle House Hotel Spa is located atop the 7-story parking garage and is one of the “7 Must-Visit Spas in the World” according to Shape Magazine. Inside the glass doors, unique features create a soothing, comfortable atmosphere. The project includes several individual treatment rooms, dressing rooms, steam, and sauna rooms, as well as a quiet room with a fire pit and mosaic-tiled whirlpool.
