White-Spunner Construction was contracted by Infirmary Health in 2019 to construct a medical office building in Malbis, Ala. The state-of-the-art facility houses two medical clinics, a Diagnostic and Medical Clinic and Infirmary Occupational Health – covering more than fourteen specialties including cardiology, ophthalmology, internal medicine and family medicine. The 83,000-square-foot facility spans three floors.

After completing the shell, White-Spunner Construction managed the interior build-out of the first floor Infusion Clinic. This required vast attention to detail and interaction with the Alabama Department of Public Health for inspections and document retention. After two hurricanes and in the midst of a pandemic, the project was successfully completed in 2021.
