The Martin Assisted Living Facility includes four assisted living homes, an entrance canopy, courtyards, dining areas, a coffee shop, business center, quilting room, and resident laundry spanning 69,300 square feet. There are 24 one-bedroom apartments, 8 two-bedroom apartments, and 2 guest rooms. The complex also serves elders who live nearby with a 100-seat dining room and recreational and entertainment venues. The architectural concept was inspired by Creek Tribal heritage and elements found in nature. The structure is comprised of rough-hewn timbers with vaulted, exposed wood decking and stone. A large fireplace provides the focal point for the complex. The housing and common spaces are surrounded by courtyards that provide a protected environment. They include landscaping features such as gardens, walks, seating, and gathering areas with a fountain and fire pit.
