White-Spunner Construction recently completed a 26,500-square-foot office building in Fairhope, Alabama. Built on a tight site in the heart of downtown, the three-story structure presented several logistical challenges that were successfully managed through careful planning and execution.

The building includes multiple outdoor features such as balconies, open-air offices and a large central courtyard. The exterior is finished with curtain wall systems and metal panels, while the interior features a full custom build-out, including wood ceilings, interior storefronts, custom light fixtures and a monumental stair.

The first floor includes a coworking space with a shared kitchen, break room, reservable conference rooms and flexible gathering areas. The second and third floors are dedicated to private office suites, featuring large offices, high-end finishes, kitchens and break rooms and a variety of meeting and collaboration spaces. Soundproof meeting pods are located throughout the building to provide quiet areas for focused work and private conversations.

This project delivered a high-end, modern office environment that complements the surrounding downtown area.
