The McCaleb Residences is a 48,535-square-foot multifamily rental housing initiative in New Orleans. The development consists of 43 one-bedroom units, all affordable to households earning 50 percent of the area median income or less. Twenty-one of those units are designated as permanent supportive housing for the homeless. The development also includes ground floor multi-function space, private offices for counseling and support services, a computer room, media room and a community kitchen.
