The Harrell Building/King Rampart Apartments

Project Overview

This 84,000 square-foot, mixed-use development includes 20,000 square feet of commercial space and 64,000 square feet of rental housing for mixed-income seniors. The commercial component houses the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority on the upper three floors, as well as ground floor retail space. The adjoining apartment complex, King Rampart Apartments, consists of 70 units with parking on the ground floor.
