White-Spunner Construction (WSC) has taken on the role of general contractor for the City of Mobile’s Civic Center Parking Deck. On Monday, February 5, WSC celebrated the groundbreaking of this facility.

The six-story parking deck is located on the Civic Center campus and will add 1,026 parking spaces for patrons of the Mobile Civic Center, downtown businesses and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This much-awaited addition will serve as a solution to a decades-long problem. Our team is excited to work alongside the City of Mobile, Volkert and Evan Terry Associates on this $38,300,000 project.

The project is slated to be finished by January 2025.
