White-Spunner Construction completed the new-construction of the Residence Inn by Marriott in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Finished in 2020, the Residence Inn spans 78,000 square feet and is situated along Highway 98, offering comfortable accommodations overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The hotel offers spacious studio and one-bedroom suites featuring separate living and sleeping areas, dedicated workspaces and fully-equipped kitchens. Amenities include an outdoor, oceanfront pool, 24-hour gym with locker rooms, lobby lounge and terrace with a fi re pit. White-Spunner Construction also completed a 100-space asphalt parking lot and storm water management features.
