High Point Town Center

Project Overview

This retail center features a combination of structural steel framing and load-bearing masonry walls. The facade is integrally colored masonry, stone and EIFS. The project included a 54,000 square-foot Publix supermarket, a 30,000 square-foot Best Buy electronics store and a 3,000 square-foot retail shop for lease. The center was completed for AIB Baker LLC in 2009.
