White-Spunner Construction acted as general contractor for Spring Hill College’s dormitory project. The cast-in-place structure spanned 55,000 square feet across three stories. It was designed to house 139 residents in pod-style living arrangements. The dormitory also features study areas, classrooms, laundry facilities, meeting rooms and other common areas.
