The center was constructed in record time, with Phase I comprising 260,000 square feet. The design includes both covered and uncovered courtyards, as well as an enclosed food court, providing a diverse shopping experience for visitors. In 2008, the center underwent a significant $20 million renovation to enhance its appeal, incorporating classic Main Street-style storefront architecture with Victorian period accents, along with new plazas, seating areas, fountains, and landscaping.
