Dillard’s Distribution Complex

Project Overview

White-Spunner Construction assumed this project at the design stage and completed a 93,000 square-foot structural mezzanine. We incorporated a complex conveyor system into the design, and extensive soil research resulted in construction of the complex without the use of piling, which improved both the overall cost and scheduling of this project.
