Project Overview

This 858,000 square-foot facility includes 43,000 square feet of retail space for furniture clearance items for one of the largest furniture retailers in the U.S. The $40 million facility sits on 62 acres in Pearl River, Louisiana. Construction incorporated tilt walls, metal joists and green features such as an automated indoor lighting system and a master remote control for exterior lights. More than one-half million cubic yards of earth – the equivalent of more than 50,000 fully loaded dump trucks – were removed from the site, and more than 25 major concrete pours yielded 50,000 cubic yards of concrete.
