The RSA Battle House Parking Deck II, completed for the Retirement Systems of Alabama, is a 5-level structure encompassing 175,000 square feet with 383 parking spaces. The General Works Package included a comprehensive scope of services, featuring: cast-in-place concrete, masonry, and multiple types of railings (cable, pipe, and decorative). Additional elements included deck coatings, striping and signage, window systems, doors and frames, painting, caulking, and toilet accessories. The project also incorporated roofing, elevators, and traffic control equipment, showcasing meticulous attention to both functionality and aesthetic detail.
