Project Overview

OneEleven is a mixed-use development incorporating dining and entertainment, office space and residences in the heart of Downtown Baton Rouge, the first ground-up residential project built there in more than 40 years. The Stroubes Building at Third Street and North Boulevard houses the upscale Stroubes Seafood & Steaks Chophouse. Next door, the OneEleven, located directly behind the Shaw Center for the Arts, includes 5,000 square feet of office space and 12 loft-style apartment units. Amenities include wide-plank French oak floors, up to 12-foot ceilings with exposed ductwork, granite countertops, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, and balconies and terraces in most units.
