Project Overview

White-Spunner Construction provided general contracting services for the renovation of an existing building into business offices for Mobile Area Water and Sewer Systems. This project consisted of exterior and interior renovations of vacant former offices, retail and restaurant space and included all new electrical and plumbing. The building remained in operation throughout the entire construction process.
