Plantation Point Center

Project Overview

The Plantation Point Center was built on a 50-acre site with 415,000 square feet of retail space. The project included five outparcels for restaurants and stores with two large anchor tenants, BJ’s Wholesale and PETCO. This project also included site work that involved building a roadway to connect to existing infrastructure, as well as widening a mile of existing roadway adjacent to the project site. The project was completed for Cypress Equities in 2007.
