Project Overview

White-Spunner Construction was chosen as general contractor for this $50+ million, 183,000 square-foot development located on 500 acres in Foley, Alabama. Plans called for the project to include themed districts offering shopping, dining, and entertainment for all ages. White-Spunner Construction built a warehouse district, a downtown district reminiscent of a southern Main Street, and an island district surrounded by a 14-acre lake.
