Project Overview

The Tanger Outlet Center in Foley, Alabama (formerly Riviera Centre) is a 525,000 square-foot retail development with more than 120 brand name and designer outlet stores. Since the completion of the outlet center, White-Spunner Construction has maintained a strong relationship with this owner by completing several renovations/additions to the development and by building another outlet center in Myrtle Beach. The 465,000 square-foot outlet center in Myrtle Beach includes more than 65 separate retail stores and was completed in record time.
